Rob Browne, Executive Director/Director of Russian Operations Rob Browne, Executive Director/Director of Russia Operations, has a Masters degree in Cross Cultural Ministry from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communication from Lipscomb University. He has used this combination, along with his dynamic personality and a passion for the people of Russia, to serve for a total of 19 years as a missionary in Siberia.

As Executive Director, Rob oversees the stateside elements of the ministry including operations, fundraising, promotion, partner network, and staff/board development. Working together with Ruslan Asadov, Rob helps expand our partner network in Russia and select new target cities and countries.


Rob lives in Monroe, GA, with his wife, Traci and their children Benjamin, Nate, Aidan, and Anna.

“For nearly 20 years I have been blessed to serve in a number of ways to see God’s hands gather again the Russian people to himself. Most recently, it has been my joy to see a team of Russian leaders trained and mobilized whose commitment to the Lord challenges me daily to be worthy of the task to which I have been called. I and my family serve with joy and expectancy that for all we have seen already there is much more still to come.”
