Board of Directors
YouthReach International is blessed to have a diverse Board of Directors, which provides oversight, direction, and encouragement to the staff and teams.
The following men and women are current members of the Board of Directors:
Andrew Vick, Board Chairman, is Executive Vice President of Seventh Wave, a contract research organization located in St. Louis, MO that supports the pharmaceutical industry. He provides active leadership in the scientific community through his involvement in various associations. Andrew received his Bachelor of Science (Zoology) and PhD (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from The Ohio State University.
Andrew and his wife Mindy have two children (Owen and Olivia). They both attend and actively serve at their church, 2Rivers.

YouthReach International provides a quality opportunity to do just that, while also creating other opportunities.... an opportunity to fully utilize the talents that God has equipped us with, an opportunity to develop relationships with children, mentors and our domestic and international community, an opportunity to share His love, and many other opportunities aimed at expanding His Kingdom.”
Wayne Tomlinson, Board Member, is President of Tomlinson Real Estate Investments, a commercial real estate development company in Nashville, TN. He also serves as an adjunct professor in the Mathematics Department of Lipscomb University. Wayne received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Lipscomb University and completed his Masters Degree at Ohio University.
Wayne and his wife Vickie have two adult children and two grandchildren. He serves as an Elder at Otter Creek church of Christ in Brentwood, TN.
"YouthReach provides opportunity to connect with children and youth in areas where society has been repressed to know Christ. Offering the answer for lives that have very little hope is an excitingministry because the transformations give incredible life now and forever. "
Dr. Jerry
Strader, Board Member, is a Mediator/Arbitrator at the the Duncum
Center for Conflict Resolution at Abilene Christian University. He has been
married to his wife Pasty for 60 years. They have four children, seven
grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He served as an elder for thirty
seven years at the Highland Church of Christ in Abilene, Texas.

for a better and productive life."
Jim Pack, Jr., Board Member, is President of Smart Retail Group, a consulting firm working with retailers to improve their business operations. Prior to starting Smart Retail Group, Jim was President and CEO of PCS Partners, a chain of wireless stores in the Southeast. He received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Lipscomb University. The Pack family is made up of wife Christine and of sons Parker (10), Preston (8) and Kogan (22). The Packs reside in Dacula, Georgia, and are active at Providence Church in Duluth, Georgia.
"YouthReach is providing the training and tools for young men and women to enter into a loving, mentoring relationship with orphans and at risk children in Eastern Europe. The children, who have often been hurt and betrayed, receive a friend who can help direct their lives and more importantly, can share the love of Jesus Christ with them. YouthReach has grown and evolved into an extremely effective ministry that impacts all who come in contact with it. There is no better feeling than seeing the faces of children who have come to know the grace and love of Jesus Christ."
Sherriann Hicks, Board Member, is an attorney with The Hick Law Group in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Her practice is focused on family formation and the primary focus is adoptions. Sherriann serves as attorney for Georgia AGAPE, Inc., and is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys and the Georgia Council of Adoption Lawyers. She was admitted to practice law in the State of Georgia in 1993. Sherriann is married to Jeff Hicks and they have three children. They attend the Campus Church in Norcross, Georgia. Sherriann received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science / Communication from Lipscomb University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis. Sherriann has served as President of the Gwinnett County Bar Association.
"I believe that YouthReach is an organization that can spread the word of God in a unique way. YouthReach can literally save the life of a child by teaching them the love of Jesus Christ. I am excited about the possibilities that lie ahead with this ministry."
Advisory Council
The Advisory Council is intended to be a group of advisors to provide advice and feedback to YouthReach International on direction and objectives. This council is comprised of people who love the Lord, have a heart for missions and children, and can provide specific assistance to YouthReach International in unique areas.
