Arthur Kazaryan,  Ukraine Orphan Outreach Coordinator

Arthur Kazaryan, Ukraine Orphan Outreach Coordinator, came to Ukraine in 1990 to enter and subsequently graduate from the Gorlovka Teachers Training Institute of Foreign Languages. Arthur has volunteered for YouthReach International since 1999, and has worked in partner camps as a full time counselor. It was in these camps that he felt drawn to work with orphans, and helped start Jeremiah’s Hope, an orphan transitional living center ministry in Mariupol, Ukraine.
